Taylor Allderdice High School is a vibrant and diverse learning community located in the heart of Pittsburgh, PA. The school boasts a proud tradition of athletics and offers a wide range of sports programs for both girls and boys. The football and basketball programs at Taylor Allderdice High School are particularly noteworthy. The football team has a long-standing rivalry with neighboring school Westinghouse High School, and both teams compete in the Western Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic League (WPIAL). The basketball program has a rich history of success, with both the boys' and girls' teams regularly competing at the state level. The boys' team has a heated rivalry with nearby school Schenley High School, and both teams are members of the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association (PIAA).
